Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable about the food, they have a level of passion about cuisine that I've never experienced before. The engaging discussion with our waitstaff about the menu, including preparation and taste profiles, made the food that much better. Instead of telling you about a dish and its ingredients, they told you a story about the dish - how it's made, why, and what makes each item appealing. I had the honor of speaking with the chef on my second visit. They were relatable, kind, and clearly focused on providing a world-class dining experience. If you're looking for high cuisine, a great atmosphere, and people that live for food, take the time for a visit. It's worth it! ”
“ Amazing restaurant located on the 23rd floor of the W hotel, service and atmosphere were so amazing I really enjoyed. The menu its a little bit too restricted for vegetarians having basically one item as main dish, I guess having in mind that it’s located in a W Hotel the restaurant should have mote vegetarian options or the possibility of adapting for vegetarian. Breakfast for the hotel is also served here starting at 6:30am ”
